What to ExpectLearn the Lost Art of Pressure Canning. We will be canning meat and covering the basics on how to safely pressure can.
Something to take notes.
A knife for cutting meat (top round roast)
Water bottle.
Anything you need to learn for 2 hours.

❋ Walkaway ResourcesThere is plenty of space for our class in the commercial kitchen. There are chairs in the room adjacent for those who may need to sit. There are bathrooms near the kitchen for our use. You may contact Wild Child in the building for “Supervised Play” to see if they can accommodate a fun play space for your child while you work. Otherwise, your child is welcome to join if they can hang with us for 2 hours.
