All chicken drumsticks are vacuum-sealed with 4 drumsticks per pack. The average weight is 2-4lbs. Pay a $12 deposit/lb now, and based on the final packaged weight after we freshly butcher, we will contact you with a final price and invoice. Chicken drumsticks are dark meat. These have the skin on. If you will be baking, we recommend baking with the skin on to trap in moisture and flavor.
