All chicken leg quarters are vacuum-sealed with 2 drum + thigh per pack. *When selecting “Quantity”, choose how many packs you desire. The average weight is 2-4lbs. Pay a $12 deposit per package now, and based on the final packaged weight after we freshly butcher, we will contact you with a final price and invoice. Chicken drum + thigh are dark meat. These have the skin on. If you will be baking, we recommend baking with the skin on to trap in moisture and flavor.
