All chicken thighs are vacuum-sealed with 4 thighs per pack. The average weight is 2-4lbs. Pay a $12 deposit/lb now and based on the final packaged weight after we freshly butcher, we will contact you with a final price and invoice. Chicken thighs are an excellent dark meat with loads of flavor. These have the bone in and skin on. If you will be baking, we recommend baking with the skin on to trap in moisture and flavor.
